SEA Seahawks (1-6) @ CAR Panthers (1-6)
Seattle have been running close before ultimately falling short with teams that are stronger, and this game could be another example of it. The Panthers will be smarting from the unexpected loss against the Lions last week, and this could be seen as a playoff game in Week 12. Whoever wins this game controls their own destiny – it could go either way.
NY Giants @ PHI Eagles (1-6, 7-12)
The Giants have won two in a row against admittedly poor opposition, however this means they now have some momentum behind them, which is something the Eagles are lacking. The Eagles D line should have too much for the Giants to protect effectively and this could be Golden Tate’s coming out game.
OAK Raiders @ BAL Ravens (7-12, 13-18)
Baltimore need this win to keep within in the playoff seed, and the Raiders will be happy to have got their second win last week. Lamar Jackson could have a break out game against this defense that struggles to get any pressure in the QB. Ravens to take the win.
MIA Dolphins @ IND Colts (13-18)
The Fins haven’t scored an offensive touchdown for a month. The Colts offense is as hot as any in the NFL. This is likely to be an easy win for Andrew Luck and Indy, as Miami slowly fade from playoff contention.
PIT Steelers (7-12) @ DEN Broncos (7-12)
Pittsburgh struggled for much of the game in Jacksonville, and now face another game on the road to Mile High. It’s a tough ask for the Steelers, against a Broncos team that can have their moments, and have the pass rush to rattle the pass game. There’s a chance Denver win this but also, class could tell.
GB Packers (1-6) @ MIN Vikings (1-6, 7-12)
The Packers are probably out of the playoff race, anything but a victory in this game will confirm that. The Vikings will also be hurting after a poor Sunday Night Football game against the Bears last week. Thielen has gone off the boil a bit and Cousins needs to take control of this team before the playoffs start disappearing over the horizon. Green Bay doesn’t seem a happy place with antagonism between QB and head coach but this is a divisional battle that means a lot to both teams. It could go either way and it’ll be close.
TEN Titans @ HOU Texans (7-12, 13-18)
The Texans haven’t been playing great offense but are somehow finding ways to win, and who knows who the Titans are week to week in what seems to be their most inconsistent season to date. This game could be fairly low scoring with Tennessee struggling to get points on the board against this Houston defense. Whereas Watson will do enough to make it 8 wins in a row.
